The Pearl International Film Festival (P.I.F.F) is an annual film festival held in Kampala, Uganda that is designed to provide and showcase exclusively locally produced movies, popularly known as "Bina-Uganda".

The inaugural edition of P.I.F.F took place 2011 from 5th to 8th May at the Uganda National Theatre which has continued to be this festival’s regular venue.

The festival aims to draw attention to and raise the profile of locally produced films while contributing towards the development of local cinema. The PIFF was founded by Moses Magezi a local filmmaker and distributor of Jamo Productions. The festival climaxes in an elaborate awards program with several categories, the main reason that inspired the founding of P.I.F.F was to get a platform that would finally grant the opportunity to local films to be seen by the public. The first edition of P.I.F.F happened at the National Theatre and still will hold other editions every year. The annual multi-disciplinary arts and cultural festival is P.I.F.F’s major activity; the festival is an all-arts affair, with a week of workshops, exhibition, screenings of local cinema and an awarding evening Gala. The festival also aims to draw attention to and raise the profile of films with the aim of contributing towards the development of cinema, boosting the film industry worldwide and celebrating Ugandan cinema currently at the national level.
